Train X starts at 9 AM and reaches station B at 2 PM at a speed of 90km/hr. so the total distance between station A and B is 90*5=450km. Train X starts 2 hour earlier than train Y covering 90*2=180 miles already. so when train X and Y will cross, they will cover 450-180=270km together at a speed of (90+60)km/hr=150km/hr. Time taken to cover 270km at 150km/hr is 1 hour 48 minutes. so they will cross each other at 12:48. Answer D is correct.
