simplest method is to realise that 2 seconds is the difference between both speeds

but first we change it from km/hr to km/sec

so 75/3600 is km/sec
and the other speed we have to find is x/3600

distance = 1 km

therefore,

3600/x - 3600/75 = 2

3600/x = 2 + 3600/75
3600/x = 3750/75
x = 72
