As the range of negative values in the set is 80, and the highest value among the negatives will be = -1, then lowest value= -81. Now, there are 100 elements. So the set is = {-81, -80, ..............., -1, 0, 1, 2,3,.......17,18} We need average of positive elements only, that is = (9+10)/2 = 9.5
