(A) (-4,4)
(B) (-3,4)
(C) (-3,3)
(D) (-2,3)
(E) (-2,4)
A vertical line has same x coordinates and a horizontal line has same y coordinates
Point Q will have same x coordinate as point R i.e. Q = (1, y) Since Q is 4 units above R, we add 4 to the y coordinate of R so, Q = (1, 3)
Now, Point P will have same y coordinate as point Q i.e. P = (x, 3) Since P is 3 units left to Q, we subtract 3 to the y coordinate of Q so, P = (-2, 3)

In the figure above, if QR = 4, now Q and R are on the same vertical line => Q and R will have same x-coordinate = 1 => y-coordinate of Q = y-coordinate of R + 4 as we are going 4 points up => y-coordinate of Q = -1 + 4 = 3 => Coordinate of Q = (1, 3)

In the figure above, PQ = 3, now P and Q are on the same horizontal line => P and Q will have same y-coordinate = 3 => x-coordinate of P = x-coordinate of Q - 3 as we are going 3 points to the left => x-coordinate of P = 1 - 3 = -2 => Coordinate of P = (-2, 3)
