Rewrite equation as sum of 2 squares
x^2 - 6x+9 + y^2 + 8x + 16 = 56 + 16+9
(x-3)^2 + (y+4)^2 = 81
Center = (3,-4)
x^2 - 6x+9 + y^2 + 8x + 16 = 56 + 16+9
(x-3)^2 + (y+4)^2 = 81
Center = (3,-4)
