A number is rational ONLY IF its decimal representation is repeating or terminating.
In other words if we do have a number in the form 1.21212121 or 1.5 it is rational.
Otherwise is in the form for example \(\sqrt{5}\) = \(2.23606797749979\) it is irrational.
Of the answer choices as far as I can see only D has this pattern
