The allowed coin values are 1,5,10 and 25.
Let first coin be x and second coin be y, so relation is x = 4y -10 and the only values that satisfies are y = 5 and x = 10.
so x+y = 15 cents or $.15
Answer is C)

In GRE, do they give the value of what a nickel, dime and a penny is?
As a non-American, I do not know the unit conversions for these - should I learn them or will they provide?
