Let the approval rating of the politician in Feb be 100. In April, the approval rating would be 20% of that in Feb i.e. 80. In June, the approval rating would be 10% of that in April i.e. 72. Average of April and June would be (80 + 72)/2 = 76. Therefore the answer is (A) 76
