This is a CANNOT question. So, if we CAN express an answer choice as the sum of three or more consecutive integers, we'll eliminate it.
-1, 0, 1: Sum = 0, ELIMINATE A
-1, 0, 1, 2: Sum = 2, ELIMINATE C
-2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3: Sum = 3, ELIMINATE D
-3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4: Sum = 4, ELIMINATE E
