Let's first deal with the part in the parentheses \((64^*)\)
\(64^*= \frac{\sqrt{64}}{2}= \frac{8}{2}=4\)
So, \((64^*)^* = 4^*\)
From here we can calculate \(4^*\) as follows:
\(4^*= \frac{\sqrt{4}}{2}=\frac{2}{2}=1\)
Answer: A
