Key property: The diameter is the longest chord of a circle
In other words, points R (7, –3) and S (7, 7) are the endpoints of the circle's DIAMETER.
The distance between (7, –3) and (7, 7) is 10, which means the circle has a diameter of 10 units, which means its radius = 5 units.
Area of circle = (pi)(radius)²
So, the radius of this particular circle = (pi)(5)² = 25pi
Answer: D
