We need to find How many positive integers less than 20 are factors of 96
Factors of 96 can be written as follows (so that we don't miss any of them)
1 x 96
2 x 48
3 x 32
4 x 24
6 x 16
8 x 12
We can stop here as other factors will be repeated now.
=> Factors less than 20 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16 => 8
So, Answer will be D
