first let's see what are the point that we get
1. All head = 1+1+1+1 =4
2.one tail and 3 head = 2+1+1+1 =5
3.two tails and = 2+2+1+1=6
we can see that except all head even if one tail comes in it gives 5 or higher...so we should use 1- unfavourable ..to find the probability
so getting 4 points (= all heads) = 1/16
required probability =1-1/16 = 15/16

Therefore, the target outcome is every outcome except 4 heads and that means 1 - 1/16 = 15/16.
