xyz123 -----> 1st 3 letter needs to be alphabet and no alphabet can be used more than once --> 3 * 2*1 = 6
Last 3 digits needs to be no. and no no. can be used more than once --> 3 * 2*1 = 6
So in total, we have 6*6 = 36 cases, satisfying the condition.
Hence option B is correct
