I noticed a pattern in the answer choices to determine the correct answer. 0 can be eliminated because the two digit number can be a number with repeating digits like 11. 11-11=0. Now, the remaining choices are all divisible by 9 (-72, 45, 27). The only answer choice that does not match this rule is 64. E
