Given $\(a=\frac{b}{2}\)$ and $\(b=\frac{c}{2} \Rightarrow 2 a=\frac{c}{2} \Rightarrow \frac{c}{a}=4\)$. Therefore, $\(\sqrt{\frac{a}{c}} \sqrt{\frac{1}{4}}=\frac{1}{2}\)$. Thus, the correct option is $\(D\)$.
