Let regular price be x
=> Joey gets a 10% discount on the price
=> Joey gets it for 100% - 10% = 90% of the price
=> Price paid by Joey = 90% of x = $99
=> \(\frac{90}{100}\) * x = $99
=> x = $99 * \(\frac{10}{9}\) = $110
So, Answer will be E
