Truck: 25%
Cars: 75%
20% of cars are foreign = 75%*0.20= 15%
Answer: D

Cars = 3 * Trucks
Total Number of Automobiles = Cars + Trucks = 3*Trucks + Trucks = 4*Trucks
Foreign Cars = 0.2 Cars
Fraction of Automobiles that are Foreign = 0.2 Cars/4*Trucks = 0.2*3 Trucks/4 Trucks = 0.6*Trucks/4*Trucks = 6/40
Percentage of Automobiles that are Foreign = (6/40)*100 = 60/4 = 15%
The answer is D
