If we consider normal distribution curve given in the question,
We know value at 20th percentile would lie in between โ๐ โ ๐ทโ and โ๐โ.
Where ๐ is mean and ๐ท is standard deviation.
It is given that, value is at 20th percentile is 135
So, we can say โ๐ โ ๐ทโ < ๐ฅ < ๐
๐ โ 10 < 135 < ๐
๐ โ 10 < 135 and 135 < ๐
๐ < 145 and ๐ > 135
135 < ๐ < 145
Out of the available answer choices, we can say that
๐ = 140
