That means P = 10!
So number of 2s in 10!
10/2 + 10/4 + 10/8
5 + 2 + 1 = 8
For 3
10/3 + 10/9
3 + 1 = 4
For 5
10/5

a + b + c + d = 8 + 4 + 2 + 1 = 15
