Take 2 cases:
1) the order is odd-even-odd and 2) even-odd-even.
For option C:
1) (x-y) is odd (because even - odd = odd) and yz is even (even * odd = even) so (x-y)yz is even.
2) (x-y) is odd and yz is even.
So (x-y)yz is always even.
