If half of the journey is travelled at an average speed of 35 miles $/$ hour for 12 hour, the distance of the half of the journey is \(Speed $\times$ Time $=35 \times 12\)$ miles
Since the entire journey is to be covered in a total time of T hours, the time left for the seconds half of the journey is $\((T-12)\)$ hours
Finally the speed at which Antonia should cover the second half of the journey to reach on time would be $\(\frac{ Remaining distance }{Remaining time }=\)\(\frac{35 \times 12}{(\mathrm{~T}-12)}\)$ miles / hour
Hence the answer is (A).
