use reverse method let say we make E and B sit together always then,

EB _ _ _ _
and
BE _ _ _ _
take BE or EB as a single entity
then we have
5x4x3x2x1+
5x4x3x2x1= 240 cases when they sit together
total sitting arrangement is 6!= 720
our answer= 720-240=480
