& =\frac{100 \times 2 \times \pi \times r_1}{200 \times 2 \times \pi \times r_2}=\frac{r_1}{2 r_2} \\

\end{aligned}\)
$$
Thus, the correct answer is $B$.
$$

& =\frac{100 \times 2 \times \pi \times r_1}{200 \times 2 \times \pi \times r_2}=\frac{r_1}{2 r_2} \\
