Assuming that an exercise approach, a diet approach, and a medical intervention approach have the same effect in combination as they do individually, what is the maximum weight loss per week expected for someone who engages in Tai Chi, is on the West Coast diet, and takes a weekly shot to increase his metabolism?

For maximum weight loss we will take max values of all approaches mentioned in question, and add them together. Tai chi : 50 West coast: 30 Weekly shot for metabolism: 75 50+30+75=155 option D
By the way losing 155 pounds per week is insane and next to impossible
