Answer should be E, 840.
I always think of these kind of questions in terms of "slots" that are to be filled with given possibilities.
In this case, for the first slot we can choose from 4 meals, for the second from 7 and so on.
Therefore, the total number of combinations is simply the product of all possible values for each slot.
I.e. 4*7*10*3 = 840
