Here ,
\(\frac{1}{2x}+\frac{2}{x}=\frac{5}{8}\)
or \(\frac{5x}{2(x)^2}=\frac{5}{8}\)
or \(10(x)^2\) = 40x (cross multiplication)
or x= 4
