We can see that the size of the sphere is MOST restricted by shortest dimension (in this case 8)
We can see that the DIAMETER of the sphere cannot be greater than 8
This means the RADIUS of the sphere cannot be greater than 4
Answer: A

Thanks for the answer, I was debating between 4 and 12. In mind, you could create another circle that could extend all the way to 12 but still have a height of 8. Obviously I was wrong.
