Here Jan to Jan , i.e. 13 months given.
for B's income total income [(1000*13-400*13)/2+400*13]- the salary of Jan which is 1000=8100

A’s income from Jan - Dec: (400)*4 +(700)*4 + (1000)*4 = 8400
B’s income from Jan - Dec: (400+450+500+550 +600 +650+700+750+800+850+900+950 ) = 8100
