the actual temperature is 30 degrees Fahrenheit
The apparent temperature due to the wind-chill factor is 0 degrees Fahrenheit
Now from the table, we get that
when the apparent temperature due to the wind-chill factor is \(1\) degrees Fahrenheit, the wind speed is \(25\)
&
when the apparent temperature due to the wind-chill factor is \(-2\) degrees Fahrenheit, the wind speed is \(30\)
As we need the speed when the apparent temp is \(0\) degrees Fahrenheit, the speed must be between \(25-30\)
