\(P_{\text {Germany }}=39 \% \approx 40 \% \text { and } Q_{\text {Germany }}=40 \%\)
$$
Sales of company $P$ in Germany $\(\approx \frac{40}{100} \times 2500=1000\)$
Sales of company $Q$ in Germany $\(\approx \frac{40}{100} \times 3000=1200\)$
Therefore,
$$
\(\begin{aligned}
& \frac{1200-1000}{1200} \times 100 \\
& =\frac{200}{1200} \times 100=16.66 \%
\end{aligned}\)
$$
Hence, the correct answer is $B$.
\(P_{\text {Germany }}=39 \% \approx 40 \% \text { and } Q_{\text {Germany }}=40 \%\)

Sales of company $P$ in Germany $\(\approx \frac{40}{100} \times 2500=1000\)$
