Dear GRE experts,
I am writing this post to vent out my frustration as well as to seek your valuable advice so as to move my scores upwards of 320 in GRE Manhattan mocks, My scores seem to be platued at 315 average across 5 Mock Test (3 Manhattan , 1 Princeton and 1
Kaplan) I have obviously not given ETS test because I want to savour them for the last moment
My Quant score in last 4 tests have been 161 and I have never gone above 161 in manhattan test. My first section usually goes 19/20 or 20/20 but I kinda make lot of mistakes in section 2 , I analyzed my mistakes in this mock and I realized I committed 6 silly mistakes, 1 conceptual mistake, and 1 blunder, Now obviously 6 silly mistakes cost me a lot and I ended up scoring an abysmally low score of 161 which should have been inflated much more.
On GRE Vocab, I am still in learning mode and trying to learn more and more however my accuracy in RCs is 50% too scant to be true. This is aphoristic for me because when I am attempting the test I feel like I am marking the right answer and in section 1 I find enough time to even review my questions again.
Maybe I should do RCs first and then Vocab but then I might become complacent and give more time to RCs making me lose precious easy vocab marks.
nevertheless, I don't know what could be done to improve RCs other than improving my own skills. In that context does it even make sense to solve Long big book RCs since they don't appear anymore?
Here are a few screenshots, I would request some tips and tricks to ford through this turbulent river of preparation.
