If I am applying to B-schools in R2..which is Jan 4 deadline. What is the latest date when I should take my GRE to report my scores?

The date is not fixed. Your gre score must be submitted along with your application. If the deadline is the 4th of January 2024 that day you have to have your score. Usually schools permit you to address your UNofficial score and then as soon as you have your official to give to them. Generally before they make a decision by the adcom.
Technically you can have your exam in January 3 having your unofficial score and send them.
However, if they want only the official I would play conservative and take the exam at least 15 days before considering that ETS says they will report in 10 days. But also considering xmas and all the rest of it. Your should take the GRE no more than the 15th of December. My advice

I am applying to Tuck, Ross, Darden, HBS, Duke and IESE. Do these schools accept unofficial scores in application?
