While the best GRE score predictor is the Power prep sample test scores, Manhattan is a pretty decent test. While in quant youcan expect a couple of points higher but verbal score should track your existing score of 155 to 160.

It would also depend on the kind of environment you have choosen to give your mocks. If you have given mocks simulating real test conditions, only then they could be be close to real test. I took gaps in mocks and on real test there was a score was lowered by around 8 points.
