Gre Score for Phd :importance of AWA

Hi , After a long stint in IT in India , decided to go for Phd and gave GRE . However I have got 164V +163Q+3.5AWA. I am not sure if AWA score is good enough and do I need to retake the GRE. I am currently looking at Seattle based institutions only.
