GRE score for MBA query

I gave my GRE recently and got 320(V 158/Q 162).
I am looking to apply to US B schools in 20-30 ranks US news report expecting some scholarship as mandatory requirement.
Query:
Does the even split in Quant and verbal help or should I try to further improve my scores. Do schools use ETS conversion tool or look at GRE differently considering the split between quant and verbal.

This post from a genuine source hints that split is something taken seriously by the top schools.
*I understand the adcom will holistically review the profile, as a 28 years old guy, the only thing that I can change in a month's time is my GRE score and nothing else. So please suggest about how Adcom will look at this part of application.

Hi mohan514,
Your question may prove to be relevant for many others; hence, we are responding.
You should look at improving your score because a 320 is below par, especially, if you belong to an overrepresented pool of applicants; it isn't really so much about an even split; instead, it is about a proportional split with a somewhat greater emphasis on your quant abilities. The GRE score stands for itself and does not essentially need to be converted.
