If I want for example to start the verbal by solving SE first, the test force the test taker to go through all the test questions until he reaches the question. Although he didn't solve them. Is there any shortcut from the first time I just can choose the question I want and open it instead of clicking next next next??

No in the real test. And neither in our tests.
Go through and skip fast until you reach the questions you want.
