Hey,
Suppose I able to score decent marks in GRE. I had cancer, but i have to go for regular follow ups. 1. Does Dream of studying in USA makes sense ? 2. What are the cons ?

I totally agree with Carcass. I would say you should never stop dreaming. It all starts from dreaming. So gear up your shoes and work on that dream if this is what you want.!
I don't think they have or any country has requirement for fittest applicants only. So don't worry about that because as long as your score and profile is good and you get into the best college, visa issues won't be a problem.

I'm sorry to hear about what you have gone through.
If you get a great GRE score, I don't see any reason why you would not be able to attend school in the US. Let us know how things end up with your GRE.
