GRE test date suggestion query

Dear members,
I am planning to apply to B schools in 2019. I haven't shortlisted the colleges and countries. However as taking GRE/GMAT is mandatory for all good schools and I am more confortable with GRE, I have decided to take GRE. Can anyone suggest when should I be giving the exam. I would like to take as much time as possible so that I have some time for preparation.
Please suggest. I have given GRE previously and got a score of 314(Q161, V153). Looking for score in range of 320-325

Usually your choice of dates depend on your intake season. For example early October is favorite among masters students for the fall deadlines.
It is usually better to be atleast one or two months before the application deadlines close. This way you have enoughtime to prep your application. Also one or two months before your deadline affords you the opportunity to retake the GRE incase something goes really wrong on the test day.

I have done some research on this and will be giving my exam in late May. As my target schools have their deadlines starting from Sep 1st
