The number given for each type of prime time program is in percentage.
Hence we have to first find the actual time for the prime time sports for the two type of viewers: high-school and college.
High-school = \(0.25 * 12 = 3\) hrs
College = \(0.3 * 15.4 = 4.62\) hrs
Therefore \(%\)increase = \(\frac{(4.62 - 3)}{3}\) \(* 100\) = \(54\)
