\(3x^2 - 7x - 21 = 0\)
Sum of the roots = \(\frac{-b}{a} = \frac{-(-7)}{3}\)
Product of the roots = \(\frac{c}{a} = \frac{-21}{3} = -7\)
So, \(2(\frac{7}{3})(\frac{-1}{7}) = \frac{-2}{3}\)
Hence, option D
