There is no need to first find the number of people who were surveyed in country E. This is because the same number of people are divided by percentage for their ratings on durability. Hence,
mean = 0.22 * 5 + 0.3* 1 + 0.18* 2 + 0.08* 4 + 0.17*3
mean = 2.84. Percentage itself represents the weight of each rating.

OH WOW! I took over 5minutes and did like each rating separately. Need to keep this in mind for next time
