Work = Rate * Time
Let t = the time in minutes that Wheel A will have made 480 more revs than Wheel B.
10t = 480 + 6t
4t = 480
t = 120
120 minutes = 2 hours.

A= 10 rev/min B= 6 rev/min
Which means A is making 4 more revolutions than B every minute. So 480 rev will require 120 minutes which is equal to 2 hours.
