Theory:
Given that \(h(x) = |x + 2|\) and we need to simplify the function
=> h(x) = |x+2| = x+2 when x + 2 ≥ 0 or x ≥ - 2
and h(x) = -(x+2) when x + 2 < 0 or x < -2
=> h(x) = x + 2 when x ≥ -2 and -x - 2 when x < -2
So, Answer will be C
