x^2 and -25 can get eliminated from both A and B.
Remaining term in A is zero and in B is 10x.
But x is not specified whether it is positive or negative. Hence, no relation between A and B is possible.

Quantity A is the same as x^2-25
Therefore the only difference between Q-A and Q-2 is -10x which is the decisive factor.
If x is positive Q-A is greater and if x is negative Q-2 is greater.
