Qty A: 0
Qty B : 0
Lets assume x=-2 and y = -1 and z=0
QTY A: -1
QTY B -1
Lets assume x = -3 and y = -2 and z = -1
QTY A: -2
QTY B: -2
Answer is C, based on all the three cases.

\(x = x\)
\(y = x + 1\)
\(z = x + 2\)
Replace given variables to get:
Quantity A: \(x+1\)
Quantity B: \(\frac{x+(x+2)}{2}\)
Simplify to get:
Quantity A: \(x+1\)
Quantity B: \(\frac{2x+2}{2}\)
Factor and simplify Quantity A to get:
Quantity A: \(x+1\)
Quantity B: \(\frac{2(x+1)}{2}=x+1\)
Answer: C
