xy>0 means that either the x and y are both positive or both negative
In both quantities we do know that the denominator is ALWAYS positive
QA positive / positive = positive
QB positive / positive = positive
OR
QA n/p=n
QB n/p=n
C is the answer

Please how are you able to determine which is greater, we only know x and y are both negative or positive. What about the numerical values of the variables?
