Given:
Quantity A: \(0.10\)% of \(0.15\) = \((\frac{0.1}{100})(\frac{15}{100})=\frac{1.5}{10,000}\)
Quantity B: \(1.5 \times 10^{-5}=(\frac{1.5}{1})(\frac{1}{10^5})=(\frac{1.5}{1})(\frac{1}{100,000})=\frac{1.5}{100,000}\)
Answer: A

Hello, why is .10% = 10/100? Wouldn't 10/100 = 10%? Is this how the gre might write 10%... as .10%?
