Following PEDMAS, we first add all the terms in the bracket and then subtract
So (10 – 9 + 8 – 7) – (6 – 7 + 8 – 9) --> (10 + 8 - 9 - 7) - (6 + 8 - 7 - 9) -----> (18 - 16) - (14 - 16) ----> 2 - (- 2)-----> 2 + 2------> 4 Ans is option E
