The value of the expression is -2 , so the correct choice is B .
Step-by-step simplification
Evaluate inside brackets stepwise:
- $\(2-3=-1\)$
- $\(1-[2-3]-2=1-(-1)-2=1+1-2=0\)$
- $\(1-(1-[2-3]-2)+3=1-0+3=4\)$
- Finally, $\(2-[1-(1-[2-3]-2)+3]=2-4=-2\)$.
